Christmas is here! A much-celebrated Christian holiday observed by many throughout the world...so to all my friends and students who celebrate this day I wish you a very “Merry Christmas” indeed! And it won’t be long until New Years and the lunar New Year as well.

This is a very festive time of year with decorations galore! And did you know the real secret behind using the “oh so yummy” twinkling lights? Well first of all...they’re a very powerful way to enhance your good fortune and better still...you can use the magic of lights throughout the year as well. Hopefully you were able to attend one of my recent extravaganzas in Singapore or KL...and you already have your 2016 Horoscope Book for your own animal sign - and for those of your family members. These books are your personal guides to a much better year ahead and you should begin right now to get your house in order for the upcoming Year of the Horse.

Finally take a few minutes today to catch your breath and relax. This is often a very stressful time of year when tempers run high. Take 15 minutes, put your feet up and pay attention to your breath...remove other thoughts from your mind and follow your breath...you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how this will help relax and calm things down!
